Their extensive backgrounds span a broad spectrum of practice areas, including Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH) locality hubs, front-line child protection, children in care, fostering and adoption (corporate parenting), as well as child exploitation and trauma-informed care.<\/p><p>Throughout their careers, they have not only managed complex and high-risk families but have also played pivotal roles in training and mentoring others. Their experience includes supervising countless students and newly qualified social workers, delivering a wide range of training sessions and workshops, and supporting the development of best practices within their teams.<\/p><p>Both founders are known for their calm, composed demeanor even in the most challenging and crisis-driven environments. Their conscientious work ethic, leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to social work have earned them a reputation as natural leaders. Their careers have involved working with children, families, and professionals on complex and high-risk children and their families, including exploitation, gang involvement, and trauma. With advanced skills in assessment and analysis, they are well-versed in producing high-quality reports for court, child protection conferences, and multi-agency forums. Their relationship-based practice is at the heart of all they do\u2014prioritising empathy, trust, and collaboration to build meaningful and lasting connections with children, parents, and professionals alike. <br><br>\n\nTheir combined experience includes working within Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH), extensive time working in a locality hub, permanency planning through fostering and adoption, and trauma-informed approaches to supporting vulnerable young people.
